Algorithmic Recommendation Service Agreement

This agreement explains how we provide algorithmic recommendation services and the rights you have. Please read it carefully before using the service.

1. What is algorithmic recommendation

Algorithmic recommendation refers to our use of techniques such as generative-synthesis, personalized push, and ranking/selection algorithms to recommend and rank models, templates, content, and features for you.

2. How we provide recommendations

Basic principles: We form personal profile tags based on information you provide and your activity on the platform (such as generation types and models used), to recommend content and features you may be interested in.
Purpose: To improve recommendation relevance and your product experience.
Not used for unfair treatment: Algorithmic recommendation is not used to apply unreasonable differential treatment (e.g. price discrimination).

3. Your rights (be informed / choose / delete)

You may exercise the following rights under Settings — Privacy & Algorithm:

Right to be informed: You may understand the basic principles, purpose, and mechanism of algorithmic recommendation (this agreement).
Right to choose: You may turn algorithmic (personalized) recommendation on or off at any time. When off, we no longer recommend content based on your personal profile.
Right to delete: You may view and delete your personal profile tags, and delete your generation history, at any time.
Right to deactivate: You may delete your account at any time; related personal data will be deleted or anonymized accordingly.

4. Protection of minors

We do not push content to minors that may induce addiction. If you are a minor, please use this service under the guidance of a guardian.

5. Updates

When this agreement is updated, we will bump the version and, where necessary, ask for your consent again. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
