These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the dLazy website (dlazy.com), applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are owned and operated by Lanrenshu Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (“dLazy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Tianjin, People’s Republic of China, with its registered office at S7-207-1, Zhongke International Science and Innovation Park, Zone A, Haitang Zhongchuang Street, Xianshuigu Town, Jinnan District, Tianjin, China.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. The Services

dLazy is a subscription-based creative workspace that helps creators plan, produce, and edit visual content. The Services include workflow tools, an infinite canvas, project management features, and content generation capabilities powered by integrated third-party AI models. Features, supported models, and credit costs may change over time as we improve the Services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information;
Maintain the security of your account credentials;
Promptly update any changes to your information;
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase a subscription.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment

3.1 Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd. and its affiliates). Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to payments, invoicing, and billing, and is responsible for processing your payment and handling applicable taxes.

3.2 Plans and Fees

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription or the purchase of usage credits. Current plans and prices are described on our pricing page. Prices may change; any change will apply from your next billing cycle and will be communicated to you in advance.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

3.4 Credits

Some features consume usage credits. Credits included in a subscription are refreshed each billing period and, unless otherwise stated, unused credits do not carry over. Credit costs per generation are estimates and depend on the model and settings selected.

3.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer, including the right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
Upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or sexually exploitative, or that depicts minors inappropriately;
Use the Services to create deceptive content intended to mislead others, including undisclosed deepfakes of real individuals;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services;
Use automated systems to access the Services without our prior written permission;
Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your Content and Generated Output

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Services (“Input”). By uploading Input, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and modify your Input solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

5.2 Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable third-party model terms, you may use the content you generate through the Services (“Output”) for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing Output before use and for ensuring that your use of Output complies with applicable law. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or may unintentionally resemble existing works; we make no guarantee of originality or non-infringement of any particular Output.

5.3 Third-Party Models

Content generation is performed using third-party AI models. Your use of specific models may also be subject to the applicable model provider’s usage policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services (excluding your Input and Output), including software, design, text, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10) will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section does not exclude warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your Input, your use of Output, or your violation of these Terms or of any rights of a third party.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date, and, where changes are significant, by additional notice (such as email or in-product notice). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tianjin, China, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
