1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Account information — email address, name, password, and profile details when you register;
  • Content you upload — files, images, documents, prompts, and other material you submit to the Services to create or edit projects (“Input”);
  • Communications — messages you send to our support team.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data — features used, generations requested, credit consumption, and interactions with the Services;
  • Device and log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and access timestamps;
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.

Payment information: Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information under its own privacy policy (available at paddle.com/legal/privacy). We receive limited transaction information from Paddle, such as your order status, plan, and country, to activate and manage your subscription.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including processing your Input to generate the content you request;
  • Manage your account, subscription, and credit balance;
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Services;
  • Monitor usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • Improve and develop the Services, including analyzing aggregate usage patterns;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How Content Generation Works (Third-Party AI Models)

The Services integrate third-party AI models to generate video, image, audio, and text content. When you request a generation, your relevant Input (such as prompts, uploaded files, or images) is transmitted to the applicable model provider for processing and returned as output. We share only what is necessary to fulfill your request. Model providers process this data as service providers; we do not permit them to use your Input to train their models where the provider offers such an option.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with:

  • Payment processing — Paddle, as Merchant of Record, for billing, invoicing, taxes, and refunds;
  • Service providers — cloud hosting, storage, content delivery, analytics, and email providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
  • AI model providers — as described in Section 3, to fulfill your generation requests;
  • Legal requirements — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of dLazy, our users, or others;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

5. International Transfers

We operate globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including China, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers in accordance with applicable data protection law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may delete your projects and content at any time from within the Services. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or billing purposes.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your information;
  • Export your data in a portable format;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have these rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at customer@lrshu.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
